Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle delivery of the Commercial Claims (Property & Casualty) technology module, ensuring alignment with business processes,

Act as a key bridge between Claims Business and IT teams to deliver scalable and efficient claims solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end implementation of Claims Management System for Property & Casualty lines
• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Define and configure claims workflows (FNOL to settlement, recovery
• Collaborate with IT teams on solution design, integrations, and system architecture

Key Deliverables

• Fully implemented Claims Module (P&C) with end-to-end workflows
• Seamless integration with core systems (Policy, Finance, Reinsurance)
• Successful UAT sign-off and production rollout
• Improved claims processing efficiency and TAT

Key KPIs

• On-time and within-budget delivery
• UAT defect leakage and system stability
• Reduction in claims processing TAT
• User adoption and stakeholder satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Insurance- III , or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in P&C Claims and technology delivery
• Experience in core insurance system implementation / transformation projects
• Exposure to platforms TCS BaNCS (preferred)
