Role & responsibilities The Chatbot Specialist is responsible for planning, overseeing, and enhancing the development of our chatbot, from addressing day-to-day improvements and troubleshooting to executing long-term strategic initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective chatbot solutions. The Chatbot Specialist ensures the scalability, reliability, and security of the chatbot while continuously optimizing its performance. The position also involves monitoring chatbot analytics and providing regular performance reports to key stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and knowledge bases. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage the chatbot roadmap, aligning it with business goals and long-term objectives. Oversee the development and implementation of chatbot updates, from addressing immediate fixes to driving long-term improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuous enhancements of chatbot functionalities. Work closely with the Ada team to ensure chatbot best practices are followed and its full potential is realized. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting chatbot performance and functionality. Monitor chatbot performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to relevant stakeholders. Ensure the chatbot system remains scalable, reliable, and secure through regular reviews and updates. Stay current on emerging chatbot technologies and AI advancements to continuously improve chatbot effectiveness. Authorization Level: Full access to CX/CS data for performance evaluations and business case development. Admin-level access to the chatbot's backend system and CXs CRM for integration purposes.
