Role Overview :

Were looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join our fast-growing team. The role is best suited for candidates with proven experience in contact centers, particularly in handling chat support, who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer interactions through calls and chat..
Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries.
Resolve complaints, process requests, and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly. Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback to improve processes.

Requirements :

2-4 years of overall contact center experience.
Minimum 2 years of dedicated chat support experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong grammar, clarity, and tone required).
Ability to multitask and manage high chat volumes efficiently.
Problem-solving mindset with customer-first thinking.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
