In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing key support across areas such as website management, inventory, marketing, shipping, and accounting. If you re excited by the challenge of diverse tasks, a steep learning curve, and the opportunity to help merchants maximize their profitability, this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple client accounts effectively, ensuring smooth and timely operations. Assist in the creation and management of catalog content, including product descriptions and listings. Support website management by keeping product listings up to date and accurate. Collaborate with onboarding teams to develop and optimize strategies for product visibility and marketing. What We re Looking For: Hunger for learning: A strong desire for personal growth and development. Account management skills: Ability to manage multiple seller accounts simultaneously. Strong communication skills: Excellent presentation and written communication skills in both Hindi and English. Content creation experience: Proven experience in writing product descriptions and managing catalogs. Excel proficiency: Solid understanding of advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc. Ideal Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of experience working in an MNC, start-up, or reputable organization. A Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field. A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
