Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to conversion, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Generate leads and qualify prospects to create a robust sales pipeline. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Track and report sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and sales achievements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry. Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
