Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the firm's growth objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning. Work with leadership to define the firm's brand and messaging. 2. Business Development: Identify potential clients and projects, and lead efforts in responding to RFPs and RFQs. Collaborate with the business development team to cultivate relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals. Track and report on business development activities and outcomes. 3. Event Planning & Management: Organize and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Plan and execute firm-hosted events, such as open houses or client appreciation events. Ensure events are aligned with the firm's brand and marketing goals. 4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to support ongoing relationships. Develop client feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project goals and ensure alignment with marketing efforts. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing staff or interns. 6. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to leadership. Preferred candidate profile Master's / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industries. Strong understanding of the architecture and design industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and content management platforms. Strong project management and organizational skills.
