We are looking for Business Development Executives / Key Account Managers to join the sales team and help company to reach new clients, drive revenue, and deliver outstanding client service. Locations: MG Road Shivaji Nagar Process we are hiring for - EdTech E-commerce Qualification/Skills- Any MBA (Marketing) Fresher OR Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in ed-tech / insurance / credit card / real estate / e-commerce sales process. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset. Language Requirement - EdTech - Excellent communication in English (Fluency in Hindi would be an added advantage). E-commerce - Good communication in English and Hindi both. Age Limit - Up to 30 Roles and Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients/students. Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions. Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of courses/services to clients/students. Address queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company. Work towards upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers. Working Days - EdTech - 6 days of working with Sunday off. E-commerce - 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off.
