Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative strategies, market research, and relationship management. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, managing client interactions, and contributing to the companys overall sales goals. Key Responsibilities: The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads and building relationships with potential customers through LinkedIn, email and other various marketing channels. The role involves researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and developing a strategy to engage with them. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential prospects and tailor outreach strategies. Build and maintain lead databases using different tools such as LinkedIn. Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare potential leads for the sales funnel. Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to understand their business needs and offer suitable solutions. Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on outreach activities, responses, and conversion metrics. Utilize advanced email marketing platforms to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: Experience: 6+ months in lead generation, inside sales, or business development roles. (Freshers can also apply with strong communication skills and positive attitude) Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data enrichment tools. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimize strategies. Education UG: Any Graduate Education UG: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Management PG: Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
