Job Location: Noida Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 2-5 Years in Business Development (Preferably in Interior Design or Real Estate Industry) Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within real estate, interior design, or any service-related industry. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential sector clients. Lead client meetings, present proposals, and close deals effectively. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any subject. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in interior design, Real-estate, or turnkey interior solutions. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong network and connections within the corporate, commercial, and residential interiors sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with full responsibility and accountability. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
