Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end business requirements for Home Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan and Education Loan, RAAS, SBI Reality, etc
Drive functional requirements for Mutual Funds, NPS, Insurance, Bonds and other TPP offerings
Define sourcing, credit, underwriting, disbursement, servicing and closure journeys for retail asset products
Define investment onboarding, transaction, portfolio and reporting journeys for TPP products
Work closely with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product and Technology teams
Prepare BRDs, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Manage UAT, defect tracking, and release readiness across agile delivery cycles
Coordinate with third-party partners such as AMCs, insurers, registrars, lending partners and technology vendors
Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and internal policy guidelines

Key Skills:

Strong domain understanding of Retail assets and Third party investments.
Hand-on experience in loan lifecycle management and investment product features
Strong expertise in BRDs user stories and process flows.
Experience in Agile delivery models with cross functional teams
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce dashboards and reporting

Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
