Our expanding firm is looking for committed and ambitious branch heads to lead the day-to day functioning and oversee operations of the school at various locations. The branch manager will be responsible for staff hiring, training and supervision. He/she needs to come up with objectives, goals and strategies to ensure that the school meets its business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership and analytical skills. Required skills Should be a post graduate - MBA from any reputed institute preferred. Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing Identify new market opportunities Should be proficient on the computer Office software and digital marketing skills Should have experience in handling a team Job responsibilities Coordinating with the head office and other branch offices to ensure the smooth management of operations. Achievement of overall business goals of the branch/location. Ensure that goals and deadlines are met Monitoring administrative and financial tasks
