Advised clients on their rights and entitlements under insurance policies. * Negotiated settlements between customers and insurers to reach agreeable outcomes. * Maintained detailed records of all claim activities including payments made, dispute resolutions. * Delivered exceptional customer service to clients by communicating information and actively listening to concerns. * Reviewed policies to determine appropriate levels of coverage and assist with approval or denial decisions. * Reviewed police reports, medical treatment records, medical bills and physical property damage to determine extent of liability. * Travelled to customer sites to evaluate fallen trees, leaking roofs and other issues to create accurate cost estimations. * Handled Marine, Motor, Group Personal Accident, Workmen Compensation & few Property claims.
