Job Description

Prospecting for new business development , generation of new business leads is critical for scaling CSS business . Dedicated resource for inside sales function will support our sales activities and cut down on the sales cycle gradually helping us to improve on top lines Identification of prospective customers from target select market segments (majorly BFSI , Fintech , IT/ITES , E-Commerce & Manufacturing). Building Prospective customer database by performing market research , LinkedIn, and other free or paid lead generation tools / databases Conducting cold calling and email marketing campaigns to reach prospect customers and setting up sales appointments for sales staff. Nurturing web enquiries - Follow-up on inbound sales lead to identify the client requirement and do initial sales call screening before passing it on to sales staff Attending trade shows, conferences, and events for prospect networking / lead generation Seeking new clients, understanding customer needs and making effective sales pitches.
