Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handling day to day hub operations pickup, sortation & dispatch operations. Tracking of bags and Co-loader performance for the hub. Maintaining the inventory of all the packaging materials and night storage orders. Planning & building network, executing First mile, Last mile operations & Hub Operations across the region. Maintains proper connection between Hub and Last mile by managing the fleet. Monitoring and auditing of daily, weekly & monthly performance reports to ensure smooth execution of operations. Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development. Conduct Weekly, Monthly & quarterly review of KPIs. Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput, and cost across the organization. Handling team into Last Mile & Hub Operations Preferred candidate profile Should have minimum 2 years experience in B2B hub Operations Perks and benefits
