The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors to build a motivated team.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure advisors achieve their targets.

- Monitor and evaluate advisors results regularly, providing feedback and mentorship.
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration among advisors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements in all operations.
