Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement mining plans in line with business objectives. Manage and oversee exploration and drilling activities to support copper mining operations. Conduct thorough analysis of geological data and create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the field of geology and mining. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines in all geological and mining activities. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior geologists and mining staff to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
