Role Summary:

This job will augment theFinance by taking up the current BAU tasks tomanage Reporting for Shareholders, Regulatory and Statutory including closure of financial statements engagement with the auditors.

Key focus areas:

Ensure timely preparation and closureof financial statements monthly as per GAAP and Regulatory norms

Analyzes of key movements,compliances, duly explain in the review meetings

Steer and support audit/reviewprocess every quarter and get the financial statements certified

Ensure timely and accurate filing ofregulatory returns and other formats as required

Review and confirmation that theControl activities (review of recons, follow up on exceptions etc) that aredocumented under the Risk Control Matrices are done and documented

Support ICoFR process around all thefinancial accounting and reporting to ensure that all requirements of companylevel internal control framework are addressed.

Develop appropriate system/reports toaid in the management and mining of financial information

Enhance process efficiencies andanalytics design pertaining to reporting.

Assist in exercising other criticalreporting reviews

Maintain updated documentation of allkey processes in financial closure and recurring reportings to the regulatorshareholder

Qualifications Competencies:

CA Fresher with articleshipexperience in a mid-size audit firm handling audit and accounting of BFSIclients.

Good knowledge of Ind AS is a must.

Strong oral and written communicationskills and be able to manage key stakeholder relationships across theorganization

Ability to take ownership and deliverwithin scheduled timelines
