Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze operational data from various sources (Clickpost / Metabase) Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational processes. Identify trends and patterns in data, providing actionable insights to the operations team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and availability for decision making Operational Efficiency Monitor day-to-day operations, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Propose and implement process improvements based on data findings Assist in the creation and enforcement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Work closely with different departments to streamline processes and reduce operational costs with data insights provided and through predictive analytics. Material/ Account Reconciliation: Track and reconcile material movement across supply chain report on operational performance, identifying key areas for improvement. Set up methods to validate the bills along with accounting team for an error-free processing. Collaborate with internal & external teams to devise methods for a seamless communications Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Data Science, or a related field. 4-6 Years of experience in a data analysis or operational role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Perks and benefits
