Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers to develop sketches and technical drawings for men's wear garments. Conduct market research to identify trends, colors, fabrics, and styles relevant to men's fashion. Assist in selecting suitable fabrics and materials for the design concepts. Coordinate the development of design prototypes and ensure timely delivery. Contribute to the selection of color palettes and prints for the men's wear line. Participate in fittings and provide feedback on garment fit and construction. Create detailed technical specifications and design packs for production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and production. Assist in quality control checks to maintain product standards. Prepare design presentations for internal reviews and buyer meetings. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of men's fashion trends, garment construction, and fabrics. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
