Job Description
- Develop analytical testing procedures and practices for quality testing in the QC lab.
- Create analytical methods for new raw materials using GC, GPC, and HPLC.
- Coordinate with R&D for intermediate and competitor samples analysis.
- Arrange third-party inspections of special tests as needed.
- Validate analytical methods by GC, HPLC, and transfer them to the process level.
- Calibrate GC, HPLC, and other analytical equipment.
- Provide analytical support to customers and the R&D department.
- Maintain analytical data and SOP documentation while conforming to safe working practices and ensuring achievement of Quality objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in analytical chemistry.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting GC and HPLC issues.
- Good understanding of analytical method development and validation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with analytical software and equipment.
- Education: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry.
