Job Description- Role: Business Analyst Designation: Senior Analyst / AM Reports to: Head CFO Services Experience: 3-5 years Location: Wazirpur, North Delhi Nature: Work from Office Industry: Any Responsibilities • S/he will work with operational and financial data of businesses with the objective of generating insights, supporting decision making and executing business processes of our clients. Data sources typically includes all aspects / stages of the business or the customer lifecycle. For example, database of products and vendors, lead management, consumer demographic / segmentation, sales and inventory management, PO planning, customer feedback and loyalty. • S/he will be proficient with the use of data management, statistical, analytical and visualization software packages and tools in a business / corporate setting. Proficiency in use of Stata is required. Stata is extensively used for streamlining and automating data processes aggregation from multiple sources and cleaning as well as workflows involving data manipulation and analysis to produce reportable information. o Good working knowledge of additional software / languages such as R, Python, SPSS, VBA, SQL is highly desirable and will be an advantage. • S/he will be responsible for preparing client deliverables, which include dashboards and reports, which are usually in the form of spreadsheets and presentations. Good working knowledge of data visualization software and tools such as Power BI and Tableau and their integration in reporting is desirable. • S/he will be conversant with analysis of macroeconomic data, data from financial markets, data from survey of consumer households and businesses. Knowledge of financial statements will be an advantage. • S/he will assist in analysing data to create macroeconomic and industry reports, business plans and valuations. Qualification(s) • Required Post Graduate (Economics/Statistics) OR Bachelor of Engineering • Desirable Courses in Data Science • Desirable Courses in Programming Language / Statistical Package • Desirable Courses in Accounting Skills • Required Proficient in MS Office (Excel, MS Word, Outlook) • Required Proficient in Stata • Desirable Knowledge of statistical / data analysis and visualization software • Required Excellent communication skills Core Competencies • Analytical / Problem Solving • Creativity • Attention to Detail
