Job Title: Analyst Digital Asset Governance & Quality Control

Experience: Minimum 6 months/ 1 Year

Function: Digital Operations / Campaign Governance / Quality Assurance



Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and governance-driven Analyst to support digital asset validation and campaign execution within a structured, compliance-focused operating model. This role plays a critical control function in ensuring digital assets meet defined quality benchmarks, regulatory requirements, and process governance standards prior to deployment.

The Analyst will operate within a checklist-driven, audit-ready framework and demonstrate strong execution discipline while managing high-volume campaign workflows.



Key Responsibilities

1. Process Governance & Compliance Management

  • Participate in campaign lockdown and governance calls to ensure alignment with compliance protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Implement structured workflows, SOPs, and validation checklists to standardize execution and mitigate risk exposure.
  • Enforce adherence to defined process controls and escalation matrices.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all campaign validations and approvals.


2. Digital Asset Quality Assurance & Pre-Check Audits

  • Perform rigorous quality checks on digital assets including creatives, tracking links, merchant statements, and campaign configurations.
  • Execute checklist-based validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and zero-defect submissions.
  • Conduct link tracking validation, tagging verification, and pre-launch compliance audits.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend corrective control measures to improve asset quality standards.


3. End-to-End Execution Support

  • Ensure timely go-live with full governance compliance and documented approvals.
  • Support structured reporting and execution dashboards for leadership visibility.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 6 months/1 year of experience in digital operations, campaign management, QA, compliance, or governance-driven roles.
  • Strong understanding of process governance, SOP adherence, and checklist-driven validation frameworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong quality-control mindset.
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel – data validation, pivot tables; PowerPoint – reporting; Word – documentation management).
  • Strong documentation and reporting discipline.
  • Ability to manage high-volume operational workflows with accuracy and discipline.

Added Advantage

  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing concepts (campaign lifecycle, tracking parameters, performance metrics, tagging, creatives validation).
  • Exposure to campaign management platforms, tracking tools, or marketing automation systems.
  • Understanding of digital compliance requirements within regulated industries (e.g., banking/financial services).
