Job Summary

Responsibilities

Product Management - Manage new product launches and drive product communication across the organization. Improve existing product policies, processes, and portfolio performance.
Sales Enablement - Partner with LD to design training programs, support sales teams with trackers and marketing initiatives, and drive campaigns/contests to improve productivity and business conversion.
Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with Product, Credit, Operations, and Sales teams, including HDFC Bank stakeholders, to drive business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Business Analytics - Track mortgage business performance through MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports. Analyze market share trends and provide actionable insights to management.
Customer Experience - Resolve customer complaints and escalations within defined timelines while ensuring high service standards.
Business Growth - Drive sales force transformation initiatives and support strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency, revenue, and overall business performance.

Qualifications / Desired Candidate Profile

MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
5-8 years of experience in the mortgage, home loan, housing finance, or retail lending industry.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit processes, disbursement operations, and self-employed customer segments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in MIS reporting and business performance management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business initiatives independently.
