Role & responsibilities 1) Should possess excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) 2) Willing to work independently and in shifts. 3) Maintain a thorough understanding of publication specifications, deadlines, and alt text writing process. 4) Conduct quality checks to ensure that final layouts meet the desired standards for print or digital publishing. 5) Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 6) Willingness to learn and adapt to technology and understanding of customer service Preferred candidate profile 1) Should possess 1-2 years of experience in content writing / alt text writing. Preferred: Hands-on experience in handling alt text for Chemistry-based titles. 2) Should deliver the deliverables by adhering to the customer's instructions, timelines and expected quality standards 3) Should have strong knowledge in understanding and interpreting customer instructions/specifications 4)Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 5) Staying up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices related to alt text & accessibility.
