Job Description

Role & responsibilities Monitoring of all the statutory compliances; • Good knowledge of TDS, GST, and income tax; • Responsible for accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring timely payment to employees and vendors. Meeting deadlines for employee-related compliances such as PF, ESI, and state-level regulations; • Keep abreast of new changes in taxation (TDS, GST, and income tax); • Obtaining and adding branches to GST; • To ensure compliance with TDS/GST and other tax matters (tax deposit and return filings), • To ensure the accounting records are prepared in accordance with internal and external rules and regulations, • Preparing a monthly financial and management report; • Reviewing the preparation of the full set of accounts; • Assist in strengthening and improving internal control and processes; • Overseeing the financial operation; • Involved in the preparation of financial reporting; • Able to handle the full set of account, audit, and tax processes; • To prepare internal and external accounting and tax reports and budgets.
