Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate records of daily financial transaction Update and reconcile ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Taxation Support: Assist with GST filings, TDS, and other tax-related documentation Ensure compliance with basic statutory requirements. Banking and Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with accounting records. Monitor and update financial data in accounting software. Expense and Payroll Support: Help process employee payroll and reimbursements. Record and manage petty cash expenses. Vendor and Client Coordination: Assist in preparing payment records for vendors. Follow up with clients for invoice clearance. Reporting and Documentation: Generate basic financial reports and summaries for management review Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews. Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting system Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval. Qualification 1. Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field 2. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulation 3. Familiarity with accounting tools such as Busy (preferred). 4. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. 5. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn. 6. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and vendors.
