Role - Accountant Experience -2-5 years Location - New Delhi Role Overview: An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, and assisting with audits. Key Responsibilities : Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing. Collaborate with auditors during financial audits. Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Provide financial advice and support to management. Position Requirements : Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications : CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification. Experience with financial analysis and reporting. Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
