Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Finalization of Accounts: Prepare and finalize financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and trial balances. ITR Filings: File Income Tax Returns for individuals and companies in a timely manner. GST Monthly/Quarterly (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and Annual Filing (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C): Handle GST compliance, including filing returns and reconciling. GST Registration and Cancellation: Manage GST registration for new businesses and handle cancellations. GST Refund Analysis and Filings: Ensure timely processing of GST refunds and maintain accurate documentation. Knowledge of Companys Act 2013: Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations. Knowledge of Tax Audit: Assist with tax audits, providing necessary documentation and analysis. ROC Filings: Handle filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), ensuring all necessary compliance. TDS and TCS Return Filings: File TDS and TCS returns and ensure timely payments to authorities. TDS and TCS Return Corrections: Address and correct any discrepancies in TDS and TCS filings. TDS and TCS Registration: Manage TDS and TCS registrations for clients as per the requirements. Skills Required: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on GST, ITR filing, TDS/TCS, and ROC filings. Knowledge of the Company's Act 2013 and Tax Audit procedures. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of current tax laws and GST compliance. Knowledge of GST Refund analysis, TDS/TCS filings, and corrections.
