Job Description

Manage all accounting transactions Prepare budget forecasts Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Maintaining and arranging Funding for Business Models Related payments, Operational and Other payments independently on daily basis without any escalations. Tracking Bank/ Cash Fund flow and managing the Daily Fund Flow movement on time. Validating and processing Daily payments on time. Supporting Team Head for Audits and arranging the required Audit data as per timeline from respective teams. Need to circulate Daily Bank Statements to respective teams. Validate and authenticate the data and report the same to Team Head and Bank. Check and resolve the queries over call or mail on time. Daily Activities : SR Generation, Funds Arrangement as per Requirement, Funds Transfer Activities within Internal Bank Accounts as when needed and EOD. Qualifications Skills: Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field. Good analytical problem solving and time management skills. Outstanding knowledge of GST, Tally ERP 09, TDS (WINMAN Software ) MS Office, MIS-report BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) . Excellent communication presentation skills. Resilience and adaptability towards unforeseen work. Experience from 3+ yrs. Salary 3 to 4 LPA
