Job Description

Day-to-Day Accounting : Handle all routine accounting tasks, including ledger maintenance, data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. Accounting Software : Proficient in using Tally for maintaining financial records and processing transactions. Tax Compliance : Expertise in calculating and filing GST , TDS , and Professional Tax (PT) , ensuring full compliance with regulations. Invoicing & Payments : Manage invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and track payment status from clients and vendors. Financial Reports : Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports. Communication : Maintain strong communication with vendors, clients, and team members in both English and Hindi . Qualifications Education : Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. Software Expertise : Strong proficiency in Tally and other accounting tools. Tax Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of GST , TDS , and Professional Tax (PT) calculations and filing. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi . Immediate Availability : Candidate must be ready to join immediately . Work Environment : This is a work-from-office position, and the job location is HSR Layout, Bangalore .
