Job Description

MBA/ M.Com Responsibilities: 1. Lead and ensure the team delivers timely and high-quality work. 2. Demonstrate strong understanding of aligned engagement while performing reviews of procedures performed by staff, and to make reviews more efficient and meaningful by using various tools. 3. Identify opportunities to improve the scope of work on one s own engagements. 4. Motivate and lead one s team members, identify and foster key talents, coach and supervise team members. 5. Supporting in Month end close activities and MIS preparation. 6. Guiding the junior team members in the team 7. Coordinating with other teams. Skills Set Required: 1. Candidate with Excellent communication skills. 2. Having knowledge of end to end accounting process, audit support activities and taxation 3. Good Analytical Skills
