Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Generate proforma invoices with precision and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Oversee billing processes, maintaining accuracy and timely issuance of invoices. Process client payments, manage records, and resolve any discrepancies. Calculate and ensure compliance with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) requirements. Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. Maintain up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and procurement, to facilitate smooth financial operations. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices, and recommend improvements as needed. Required Candidate Profile: Proficiency in Tally accounting software is necessary Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. Keen attention to detail in invoice creation, billing, and payment processes. Experience with TDS and GST calculations and compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
