Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Account Management: Assist account managers in managing client accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met and expectations are properly managed Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients, gathering necessary information, and facilitating a smooth transition Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, prepare sales presentations, and follow up with potential clients Order Processing: Handle order processing and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products or services to clients Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities in the company's database Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction
