Role & Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain MySQL databases in production, development, and test environments.
- Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and query analysis.
- Implement and manage database security, backup, and recovery processes.
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Manage database replication, clustering, and failover mechanisms.
- Support schema design, database architecture, and migration activities.
- Collaborate with application developers to optimize queries and database design.
- Automate routine DBA tasks using scripts and tools.
