Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural analysis, project management, and site supervision while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Design: Develop and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil projects.
• Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Structural Analysis: Perform structural calculations and analysis to ensure stability and durability of structures.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Material Selection & Cost Estimation: Evaluate and recommend construction materials, prepare BOQs, and estimate project costs.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects comply with local, state, and national building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and present updates to management.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design and construction issues promptly.
• Software Utilization: Use engineering software like AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, or Civil 3D for designing and analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, Civil 3D, or other relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials.
• Experience in project management, cost estimation, and contract administration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional certification (such as PE, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of geotechnical engineering, environmental regulations, and sustainable construction methods.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools is an advantage.
