A Junior Civil Engineer is required to have strong mathematical calculation skills in order to perform the project elements under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
They should have planning skills in order to provide support during the planning and development of the project.
Good communication will help the junior engineers to communicate important information to the engineering team and construction workers.
A Junior Civil Engineer should have great writing skills as they will be responsible to prepare reports on the site conditions, delays or issues on the construction sites, the progress of the project, etc, and presenting the report to the supervising lead civil engineer.
They are required to have excellent problem-solving skills to provide a concrete solution to the issue that may arise during the construction to prevent unnecessary delays in executing the task.
A junior civil engineer should have team coordination skills as they will be required to work in a team and report to the lead civil engineer.
Inspection Checking of all Construction Sites on going activites timely Regularly basis
Preparing Project Reports
Coordination with the Team Members
Recording the manpower available,material available at site and raising request for material required in coming days to avoid delays.
Ensuring work executed is in good quality,completed in scheduled time plan with all safety precautions.
Certification of Billing Quantities
