We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tosca Automation Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in automating functional, regression, and API test cases using Tosca, along with a deep understanding of test design, data management, and CI/CD integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Toscas model-based testing approach
• Perform functional, regression, and API testing leveraging Tosca capabilities
• Utilize Tosca modules including:
• Test Case Design (TCD)
• Test Data Management (TDM)
• Distributed Execution (DEX)
• Vision AI
• Perform test case parameterization using external data sources (Excel, databases, etc.)
• Integrate Tosca tests within CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Generate and maintain test execution reports and documentation for audits and reviews
• Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to ensure test coverage
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions
• Execute test runs and monitor results through Execution Lists and Logs

Must-Have Skills:

• 2–4+ years of experience in Tosca automation
• Proficiency in Tosca modules: TCD, TDM, DEX, Vision AI
• Strong knowledge of STLC, QA methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in parameterizing test cases and data-driven testing
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD integration with Tosca
• Familiarity with SAP platforms (SAPGUI, FIORI, S/4 HANA, SAPCP)
• Experience with test management tools like qTest
• Ability to work in rotational shifts as needed

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in custom Tosca module development using C#
• Exposure to SAP functional modules (Finance, Property Management, etc.)
• Knowledge of end-to-end SAP process flows

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tosca Automation Specialist Certification (AS1, AS2)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
