Position: ADO Project Manager
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
strong Azure DevOps (ADO) skills but they still should have some ADO experience and they should have some experience in SAP project management.

Mainly just classic blocking and tacking project management.
Project Management:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize utilization.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate issues promptly.
Azure DevOps Management:
Oversee overall system maintenance and data integrity within ADO to ensure a reliable project management environment.
Review ADO Change Requests coming through to PMO for approval and complete all necessary checks before submitting them for approval.
Following approval of change requests in ADO, provide support to PMO team to apply changes in ADO.
Ensure all project teams regularly update their tasks, backlogs, and work items in ADO to reflect current progress.
Monitor team activities and provide reminders or follow-ups to promote accurate and timely task management.
Documentation/deliverables management in SharePoint including conformance checks to naming stds, document attributes.
Vendor Management Support:
Assist with processing Requests for Services (RFS) and manage associated documentation and approvals.
Coordinate the onboarding of team members, ensuring completion of all required steps, accesses, documentation and provide support with issue resolution.
