Job Description
- Responsible for Checking electrical, technical details whenever possible
- Responsible for Electrical maintenance work cable selection sizing cable laying method.
- Handling Electrical FIRE access, public address, security system
- Knowledge Pump system, Pump and irrigation system work.
- Attend all MEP Contractors meetings at site and monitor their work on daily basis.
- Checking of execution relating to Plumbing, Electrical, FIRE drawings before slab casting/related activities suggesting any comments if necessary as per approved drawings.
- Design and Execution of lighting and Power systems/Design of power distribution systems.
- Understanding the various phases of projects. Understanding basic design requirement based on the type of various plants.
- Coordination between Architects, Consultants.
- Understand operation and develop strategies to reduce overall cost.
- Follow up/ receiving quotations and making price comparison..
- Closely monitor the projects with respect qualities, cost and design, adherence related to plumbing, Electrical and Fire Execution.
Education Qualifications:
B.E(Electrical Engineering)
Technical Skills:
- Operating systems: Windows 10/11, MS Office (Word, Excel), MATLAB.
