SUMMARY Job Role: Business Analyst (SQL & API) Professional Experience: 3+ years Location: Mumbai Must-Have: The candidate should have 2.5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst with SQL & API Summary - Responsible for analyzing and studying new system solutions and taking ownership of the entire SDLC lifecycle, including quality/testing of the solution. Monitoring current systems and processes, and implementing new solutions to improve overall business efficiency. Resolving and closing support related queries and issues within the stipulated time frame, ensuring the system is operational. Collaborating with stakeholders such as vendors, business, and operations to ensure overall system efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Analyzing and evaluating current systems. Identifying new system requirements. Suggesting solutions for process improvement. Communicating with users to understand their additional requirements and needs. Working with the IT team and developers to produce new and improve existing systems. Regularly testing and troubleshooting. Managing multiple cross-functional projects concurrently. Handling security audits of applications in close association with the developer & IT Support Team. Training and educating others in the team, thereby mentoring the team. Technical Requirements and Qualifications Database: PL/SQL API OS: Windows and Linux Hosting environment: IIS and WebLogic Cloud: IaaS & PaaS Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
