From segmenting users based on behavior to powering recommendation engines in our apps, you’ll help Motilal Oswal deepen engagement, boost conversion and drive retention—turning raw data into meaningful action. What You’ll Do Collaborate with growth, product and marketing teams to define key metrics and build models that identify high-value user segments and predict churn Design and implement personalization engines for app features like watchlists, research recommendations and content feeds, ensuring each investor sees the right insight at the right moment Develop A/B testing frameworks and run experiments to measure the impact of new features, onboarding flows and messaging on user acquisition and activation Build scalable data pipelines to collect, clean and transform multi-source data—web, mobile, CRM and third-party APIs—for real-time analytics and reporting Leverage machine-learning techniques (clustering, gradient boosting, deep learning) to uncover patterns in investor behavior and inform product roadmaps Create interactive dashboards that surface growth trends, user lifecycle metrics and personalization performance to stakeholders across growth, product and leadership teams Monitor model health in production, retrain and recalibrate to maintain accuracy as user behavior and market conditions evolve Who You Can Be A data-driven strategist with 5+ years of experience translating analytics into growth levers and product improvements A personalization enthusiast who knows how to architect and optimize recommendation systems or dynamic content delivery An experimenter skilled at A/B testing, statistically sound analysis and driving insights into actionable product changes A strong engineer proficient in Python or R, SQL, and tools like Spark or Airflow for building robust data workflows A storyteller who turns complex model outputs into clear, visual narratives that guide decision-making
