Roles & Responsibility Skilled writer with a strong understanding of procedural documentation and experience in creating clear, concise, and engaging content. Detail-oriented individual who can translate complex information into easily understandable content for a diverse audience. Identify and recommend strategies to improve the user experience of policy and procedure documentation, including: the use of clear and concise language; breakdown of complex topics into smaller, more manageable chunks; incorporating visuals where appropriate and; using a consistent style guide and formatting. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across the Support organization to gather information, ensure accuracy, and obtain content approvals. Effectively communicate with the Knowledge Management Program Manager and other stakeholders on content progress, challenges, and successes. Conduct thorough reviews and proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality content standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Communications, or a related field. 3+years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging documentation for a variety of audiences. Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
