Job Description
Job Summary: Speakengly, the parent company of Digital Trainee, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business development executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving admissions by connecting with prospective students, understanding their goals, and guiding them to enroll in our spoken English courses. As the first point of contact, you will provide detailed course information, address inquiries, and foster trust in our programs. Your efforts will contribute not only to individual growth but also to our broader mission of empowering learners and shaping skilled professionals through our training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: Contact potential students via phone, email, or in-person to provide detailed information about the spoken English course and convert inquiries into enrollments. Counseling: Understand the student's learning goals, assess their language proficiency level, and suggest the most suitable course package. Sales Closing: Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospective students and parents to gain trust and confidence in the course offerings. Course Guidance: Provide accurate information about course content, duration, fee structure, and benefits to help students make informed decisions. Documentation: Ensure timely collection of necessary documents and process enrollment formalities. Market Feedback: Gather feedback from students about course offerings and provide insights to improve services. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system and provide regular reports to the management. Requirements: Proven experience in sales or education counseling (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to persuade and convince prospective students. Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills. Knowledge of spoken English course content is a plus. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
