Plan and deliver a creative and engaging curriculum adhering to the Kido method, appropriate for the age range and developmental stage of children in your care. Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of childrens progress and development to inform planning and share with parents. Work in partnership with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their childs learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following Kido s strict health and safety policies and procedures. Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that reflects and celebrates childrens interests and experiences. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and develop the Kido curriculum and ensure consistency across the settings. Take an active role in your own professional development, attending training and keeping up to date with developments in Early Years education.
