Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, implement, and maintain mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, across residential, industrial, and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in system design, system optimization, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. Key Responsibilities Design and optimize HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems for residential, industrial, and commercial buildings. Develop detailed mechanical system drawings, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet design standards and efficiency targets. Perform energy efficiency audits and propose optimization solutions. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical systems during and after installation. Collaborate with electrical and civil engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other building infrastructure. Provide ongoing technical support for mechanical system operation and maintenance. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems design and maintenance. Proficiency in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc). Strong understanding of mechanical codes, building regulations, and energy efficiency practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead or collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
