Job Description

Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in cloud security or related fields (e.g., security architecture, threat intelligence, incident response). Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing cloud security programs in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security offerings. Expertise in cloud security best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA), and security frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework). Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include:: Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud security strategy aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of cloud security controls across all cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans of cloud environments, identifying and remediating potential risks. Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures for cloud-based threats. Advocate for and educate all levels of the organization on cloud security best practices and policies. Stay abreast of evolving cloud security trends, threats, and regulations, and adapt the security program accordingly. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (IT, Security, DevOps, Engineering, etc.) to ensure secure cloud adoption and operations. Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants.
