Job Title: Senior Cybersecurity Specialist Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Specialist with over 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Encryption, and Ethical Hacking to ensure the safety and security of our digital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity: Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies to protect organizational assets. Monitor, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents in real time. Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with policies. Network Security: Design and maintain secure network architectures to safeguard sensitive information. Implement firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and take immediate action when required. Encryption: Design and deploy encryption techniques to protect sensitive data. Ensure secure communication channels using advanced cryptographic solutions. Conduct regular evaluations of encryption protocols and update them as needed. Ethical Hacking: Conduct penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities in systems and applications. Simulate cyberattacks to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures. Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications and Skills: Proven 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, encryption, and ethical hacking. Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Proficient in using tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, and Nessus. Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++ for security tasks. Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, or OSCP are highly preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work independently and within a team.
