Job Description
- Respond to inquiries from learners and other visitors and inform them about the company s training services.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to learners complaints or concerns, ensuring resolution or escalation as required.
- As required, offer support and assistance to other departments.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS
- Demonstrated proficiency in a front desk or customer service position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a warm and professional attitude.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or other basic office programs.
- Ability to efficiently multitask and balance various priorities.
- The capacity to remain composed under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
- When providing client service, pay close attention to detail and correctness.
