Job Description

  • Respond to inquiries from learners and other visitors and inform them about the company s training services.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to learners complaints or concerns, ensuring resolution or escalation as required.
  • As required, offer support and assistance to other departments.
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a front desk or customer service position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or other basic office programs.
  • Ability to efficiently multitask and balance various priorities.
  • The capacity to remain composed under pressure and strong problem-solving skills.
  • When providing client service, pay close attention to detail and correctness.
