SUMMARY 1. Professional Appearance and Personality Impeccable grooming and professional attire to reflect the clinic’s luxury image. A friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients. 2. Communication Skills Proficiency in English and regional languages; additional language skills are a plus. Efficient scheduling and time management to prevent overlaps or delays. Experience in handling patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. 4. Hospitality Experience Prior experience in the hospitality industry or luxury service environments preferred. 5. Organizational Abilities Strong multitasking skills to manage check-ins, check-outs, and patient coordination seamlessly. Maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and payments.
