Ambak is on a mission to simplifying home financing in India like never before, making it easier, transparent, and faster for the customers and channel partners. We already are present across North India, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana and we have offices in the cities like - Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Role & Responsibilities Support the sales team in reaching their goals by acting as a bridge between sales people and bankers. Handle and organize home loan applications for the sales team, making sure they are processed smoothly with the help of banks. Work closely with banks/NBFCs to process loan applications efficiently. Arrange sales meetings, and appointments, so as to process more home loan applications. Interact with the sales team and potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to address queries, offer details, and expedite the processing of home loan applications. Address bank inquiries and resolve problems promptly and professionally. Desired Candidate Profile 1-2 years of proven experience in sales coordination, sales service, or sales support roles. Have experience in Home loan/LAP sales in NCR region in fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel, preferably in DSA market Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at engaging professionally with both sales team members and bankers. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
